Runes and Insignias are not very well explained on WIKI.
If you look at your armor the the name is formatted like this
Insignia Name Name of the armor Name Of The Rune
You can have 5 runes and 5 Insignias
BUT they have to be a different type
The only runes you can stack are:
Rune of Attunement Energy +2
Rune of Vitae Health +10
To start with runes you might want to go with
Rune of Attunement and Vitae Health with a 1/3 ratio.
If your a caster go with 3 Attunement.
If your a melee go with 3 Vitae Health.
Your head gear is a special case.
ONLY Profession-specific runes should be used on your head gear.
The will let you change you head gear to fit your build.
For exampled a warrior might have 3 different helments
a helmet with +1 Axe
a helmet with +1 sword
a helmet with +1 hammer
And you can ALWAYS put a better rune over the top (replace) of your old runes.

The Ecology of the Charr
It is a bit of a long read but some cool info.
Charr are carnivores; they do not feed on any sort of plants. They have no farms, and no need for agriculture or vegetation outside of what is needed for structures or technical uses. They herd roaming bands of beasts to feed the legions, assigning the task to young Charr or the wounded who can no longer fight.

What is going on with Little Thom?
He first shows up in pre-Searing for a couple of quests.
Then as a henchmen in Post Searing.
And in the quest The Red-Cloaked Deserter
Objectives
* Deliver Farrah’s message to Little Thom.
* Tell Farrah of the death of Little Thom.
So Little Thom is dead?
Nope…he is alive and will

“Little Thom is dead? I don’t think so. That weasel had a special talent for hiding from danger. The badge you say you found on his body is only further proof it wasn’t him. You see, he lost that badge gambling two nights before we crossed the Wall.”
“At any rate, I appreciate the trouble you went to in looking for him. You know, it pleases me to think he’s still alive, running around out there, causing trouble still… Means I still have a chance to be the one to give him his comeuppance. Yeah, I’m going to enjoy that.”
It seems he had some sort of a gambling problem?
His Dialogue in towns and outpost
“Don’t tell anyone you’ve seen me. I’ve got a few “unpaid debts” if you know what I mean. I’m a survivor that’s for sure.”
While the story line is not very clear on him…

Requirements On Weapons you will see this a lot R9 or REQ9
What does this mean?
Weapons have the requirement linked to the base damage. Not meeting the attribute will affect the base damage you do.
Shields have the requirement linked to the base armor. Not meeting the attribute will lower the base armor rating of the shield to 8.
Focus items have the requirement linked to the base energy. Not meeting the attribute will lower the base energy of the focus item.
Other aspects of the items are not affected.
So there you have it!
